New Tesla Store opened in London’s Westfield Mall
The automaker Tesla has opened its first retailer in the UK, that will broaden electric-car sales outside the U.S. The showroom was opened by the company’s founder and CEO Elon Musk at London’s Westfield Mall, constructed along the lines of high-end U.S. shopping centers west of the Notting Hill area.
Elon Musk also announced that the UK will be the first country to obtain a right-hand man drive variation of the Tesla Model S, the automobile will retail for £55,000 in the UK.
Tesla means to start offering around 50 cars in the UK a week then enhance this to around 100 cards a week, they are likewise mapping the UK for their Supercharger quick charge stations which will be available in different parts of the UK.
Tesla have also stated that they plan to launch a mass market vehicle in around 3 or 4 years, this is expected to retail for around £30,000.
