The German automaker presented the concept of their 2013 BMW Active Tourer Outdoor Plug-in Hybrid, which combines comfort and dynamic design with viskoim levels of functionality and intelligent access to BMW ConnectedDrive service. This is a very interesting car that would be to break into the world market cars which BMW paths paved for this model.

The 2013 BMW Outdoor Active Tourer is a plug-in hybrid designed for five passengers, which combines a new engine displacement 1.5 liter three-cylinder engine, an electric motor and lithium-ion batteries, while the four-point (gasoline engine driving the front and rear wheel motor). This is a very interesting division that the carmaker did for the model.

The hybrid can achieve 140 kW/190 hp combined, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 8 seconds, top speed is estimated at 200 km/h, average fuel consumption is only 2.5 l/100 km, while the CO2 emissions, less than 60 grams per kilometer course that keeps our already damaged planet. The car can move with only the electric drive, and then it can travel up to 30 km.

The vehicle is 4350 mm long, 1833 mm wide, 1576 mm high, wheelbase is 2670 mm, and attracts attention and exclusive Gold Race Orange paint by BMW so far not been used in its current model, alloy wheel size of 20 inches, panoramic roof and 8-inch in the interior of which is touch-sensitive and thus help the driver to Lex befall. From the BMW stand out when it comes to safety the car is very safe for all travelers who are in it.

It could indicate what we should expect from the 1-Series GT which will allegedly be offered with five- and seven-seat configurations. BMW will probably unveil the 1-Series GT next March at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show.
